FAQ Packaging : Our brownies are made in an 4x4x2.5 inch containers, weighing in at around 3/4 lbs. We ship most brownies individually wrapped unless you order a customized protein sweet.

Product information : Due to some products being discounted from companies , we will replace the toppers and fillers with something applicable or compared . Also, we in ensure that the macronutrients are the same .

Shipping : Shipping typically takes 7 days (a full week) to ship out and 2-3 business days depending on what the customer chooses via USPS shipping to arrive at its destination.

Please give 7-10 business days .

We typically ship anywhere in the USA & most places in the world ! International shipping varies in prices depending on the location. Keep in mind that it is the customer’s responsibility to check on the tracking of their package once we ship to make sure it doesn’t sit out or melt once arrived, or the potential to be stolen. Packages are all insured by USPS, so it is the customers responsibility to address any issues that happened during transit to USPS. This product is handmade so it may come perfect or a little shaken up during transit as we don’t control how the packages are handled via USPS.

Shipping Options: Customers are given the option to choose from  numerous styles of shipping. Ground shipping, which indicates that the item brought will be delivered within 1-5 business days through 1 day overnight shipping, which means the package was rushed to its destination. Please keep in mind that “Ground shipping” is driven to its destination, therefore please be aware that if you choosing  ground shipping while ordering protein base items, you run the risk of spoilage since it can take longer to arrive at your destination. It is as possible that your item can be melted, shaken up or a bit damaged. We strongly advise to choose a faster shipping as its available.

For example: A truck goes over bumps and sits in a hot truck for days , oppose to a plane (1 day overnight shipping) is properly cared for and is on a air conditioned plane.

Storage : You can store brownies or sweets that are not being eaten right away in the freezer. They freeze very well for up to 2-3 months!

Deadlines : Each week we have our deadline for certain orders. Our weekly deadline typically is Sunday 12AM EST. We ship out once a week and this is usually a week after you have ordered   .

Returns : We at Swole Sweets

do not give refunds.

 In some cases, we will refund a customers money via PayPal or a customer discount code to use to accommodate the price they spent.

What does 1/4 container or 1 brownie mean?

You have the option to choose a whole batch on our website which comes with 4 individually wrapped brownies of the same flavor ,  hence 1/4 container or batch . This option is good for those who like bulk ordering / a tiny discount applied to their order . We also give the option to order singles .
