If you’re a fan from when we first started we were previously called Assail Brownie Company ! With multiple degrees in Nutrition and also Exercise Science you wouldn’t typically think someone so passionate about health and fitness would create such marvelous , indulgent treats. Guess again ! Raeshaun , has been creating protein base food products for about 12 years now . Being a bodybuilder and having a strict diet 24/7 , it is always nice to be able to indulge your taste buds with only the taste , guilt free. While competing in bodybuilding shows, we also venue our product to athletes before and after the shows . Swole Sweets is always expanding because we are known over multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google etc. It’s often hard to find companies that take the time to craft a product that is so different and unique in terms of ensuring our products taste, quality and efficiency is up to par with any regional or international baking company . With this being said, we have more then fifty flavors to choose from on our website. Brownies , blondies , cookies, cheesecake to name a few of our specialty’s. Our products are all 1/2 to 3/4 pound in weight because we believe you should get the most out of whatever it is you’re eating .
